Key points of the movement: Stand up straight with your legs about shoulder width apart, left foot in front, right foot behind, right toes open outward about 60 degrees, and hands hanging on both sides of the body; then slowly stretch your hands forward as far as possible, put your five fingers together and put your palms together, keep breathing; exhale, bend your left knee to a 90-degree angle, keep your thigh parallel to the ground, hold the position for 15-20 seconds, then switch positions of left and right feet, and do 20 sets.

3. The third type: Triangle yoga

Key points of the movement: Keep your upper body straight, open your legs about one and a half shoulder widths, with your feet at a 60-degree angle, and your hands hanging on both sides of your body; raise your arms to the sides to your shoulders, inhale, and shake your upper body left and right; exhale, extend your right hand downward until it touches your ankle, while extending your left arm upward and looking up at the fingertips of your left hand. Repeat the movements in the same way on the other side, do 20-30 sets, and you can do it every day.

4. The fourth type: Boat pose yoga

Key points of the movement: Sit up straight, keep your legs together, bend your knees, and place your feet flat on the ground; raise your hands slightly, raise your legs until your calves are parallel to the ground, straighten your insteps, and lean your body slightly backward to form a V position. Hold the movement for 1 minute. You can do it 15 times a day.
