4. Return to the posture of action 2, and follow the steps of action 3, slowly leaning your legs to the left side of your body while your face and arms face to the right.


Do one set for each side, and repeat 10 sets.


Three: Back


1. Lie on your stomach, keep your body straight, exhale, then support yourself with your hands and toes, and do push-ups. Be careful not to let your knees touch the ground.


2. Take a deep breath, lift your hands off the ground, and stretch your head and back as far as possible.



3. Lie prone, open your legs shoulder-width apart, feet facing down, and cross your hands on your waist. Exhale.


4. Take a deep breath, keep your chin on the ground, and stretch your crossed hands upward as far as possible. Say goodbye to the "ugly girl" era, you can also transform into a high-quality "beauty"!
