What ingredients in fruits have such an effect? ​​Is it vitamins? Can taking commercially available vitamin preparations have the same effect? ​​Further analysis of the relationship between lung cancer deaths and the use of vitamin preparations found that regular use of vitamins does not have a similar protective effect.

In this regard, nutritional immunology experts explain that the vitamins in natural plants do not work alone, but work in combination with other vitamins and nutrients. Since chemically synthesized vitamins are separated from other vitamins and nutrients, the ratios of the ingredients in the compound are also different from those in nature, and they cannot produce the same effects as natural vitamins.
