1. Organizing activities should be done

Although you will feel exhausted after each exercise, you should relax appropriately, such as walking, stretching, playing slow games, etc. This will help the body transition from a tense state to a quiet state, thereby quickly recovering physical strength and reducing fatigue.

2. Do not squat

Not only running, but also any other exercise that requires high intensity should not be accompanied by squatting to rest. This will affect blood circulation, hinder the return of blood to the lower limbs, and thus deepen the body's fatigue. The correct approach is to do more to organize and relax, such as walking slowly and stretching your legs.

3. Avoid taking cold showers

During exercise, the capillaries on the body surface are in a state of expansion, and a large amount of heat in the body is dissipated, resulting in profuse sweating. Exposure to cold water after exercise can cause sudden contraction of capillaries, which can easily reduce resistance and cause illness.

It is recommended to pay attention to two aspects:

1. Running time and diet. It is not suitable to run two hours before or after a meal. Running on an empty stomach can easily cause low blood sugar, and running immediately after a meal can easily cause gastrointestinal discomfort. Also, if you run in the morning, you must eat less the night before and do not drink alcohol or stay up late.

2 Emergency measures. If you feel stomach discomfort while running, you should slow down, cover the painful area with your hands, bend over slightly and run for a distance. This will reduce and eliminate the pain. If the pain is unbearable and difficult to eliminate, it is recommended to stop immediately and seek medical attention if necessary.

When running, you must develop good living habits and focus on daily strength training and stretching so that you can run farther and longer.

In people's lives, if they want to make their bodies stronger, they need to pay more attention to diet and physical exercise. In terms of diet, they should pay attention to nutritional balance and make good preparations before exercise. Only in this way can people truly get the benefits that exercise brings to people and enjoy the fun of it.
