The leggings you buy are generally not very good because they are too slippery. There are two ways to make them. One is to make them yourself with canvas and cotton cloth. The cotton cloth is non-slip on the inside and the canvas is on the outside. I have made it myself before. A hard plastic board is placed between the canvas and the cotton cloth. This way the leggings can maintain their shape and will not slide down. Also put some sponge on the bottom to prevent pressure on the foot.

Another way is to wrap a legging around your calf first. The leggings here refer to the same cloth strips that the Red Army wrapped around their calves back then, which can also serve as an anti-slip method.

It is recommended that you do not carry weights for more than half an hour at a time, fully train with large doses within half an hour, and then remove the weights. Because long-term weight bearing on the calves may cause bow legs. Long-term use of a weighted vest is even more undesirable. As you said, it will definitely harm the spine, shoulder blades, and back muscles, and will create an ugly body shape.

For many people, they need to add more physical exercise after work, which can not only improve their physical fitness, but also enhance their internal disease resistance. However, when exercising, people also need to control the increase in intensity so that they can help themselves and achieve the purpose of their training.
