Monday's Recipe:

Breakfast: coffee, apple. Lunch: rice (a small bowl), fried potatoes and green peppers, a raw cucumber, seaweed soup. Women who sit in the office for a long time will definitely worry about the fat on their abdomen and legs. The weight loss effect is not as immediate and obvious as aerobic exercise, but long-term and continuous training can shape the body's curves and make them even. Although there is no atmosphere of a large classroom, the quiet environment makes it easier for people to concentrate. The main exercises in the morning are postures that activate the nerves.
