Here are some simple water aerobics exercises:

Arm slimming exercise: raise your arms forward with your palms facing down into a cup shape, and move your arms downward in a circle (like the arm skiing posture when swimming). Remember to "scoop" your palms full of water during each slide for it to be effective.

Slim belly and slim butt: Hold the edge of the swimming pool with your hands wider than shoulder width, keep your shoulders still, and jump your feet left and right. The trick is to use only the strength below the waist, and to keep your head up, chest out, and stomach in. Only in this way can you create an enviable slender waist.

Sculpt your legs: Open your arms and grab the edge of the swimming pool behind you. Keep your back against the edge of the pool and let your legs float up. Cross your legs up and down. In the long run, this can make the fat on the inside of the legs disappear without a trace.
