Basic principles of physical exercise

In pursuit of health, many people choose to eat more whole grains, and many people also spend a lot of money to buy health care products. When it comes to physical exercise, there are many ways to do it. Generally, the more common and convenient ones are running, skipping rope, playing badminton, etc. People do physical exercise to have a good body, but many people don’t know the principles of physical exercise. Let’s introduce the principles of physical exercise.

According to the basic laws of human development, reasonable physical exercise can promote the growth and development of the body, improve and enhance the functions of various organ systems, improve physical quality, strengthen physical fitness, delay aging, and prolong life; vice versa. Therefore, when doing physical exercise, you should follow the following basic principles:

1) Principle of comprehensiveness

It means that through physical exercise, the body shape, function, quality and psychological quality can be fully and harmoniously developed. To achieve this, you need to choose sports that can exercise the whole body, such as running, swimming, and supplement it with other sports during the exercise. Do not choose overly single-minded exercise programs.

2) Regularity principle

It means that physical exercise should be carried out long-term, uninterruptedly and persistently. As we all know, life lies in movement, and exercise should be constant. If you stop exercising for a long time, the functions of various organ systems will gradually decline and your physical fitness will gradually deteriorate.

3) Principle of gradualism

It means that the requirements, content, methods and exercise load of physical exercise should be based on each person's actual situation, and should be gradually increased from easy to complex, and the exercise load from small to large. The functions of various organs in the human body cannot be improved all at once; it is a process of gradual development and improvement.

4) Principle of individuality

It means that people who participate in physical exercise should choose the exercise content and methods and arrange the exercise load according to their actual situation. Everyone who participates in physical exercise has different ages, physical conditions, etc. Therefore, exercisers should make correct estimates based on their own conditions, proceed from reality, and make the exercise load suitable for their own health conditions.

5) Principle of Consciousness

Refers to physical exercise that comes from the exerciser's inner needs and conscious actions. Exercisers should connect the purpose and motivation of exercise with the establishment of a correct outlook on life. This will help to form or maintain an interest in physical exercise, mobilize and exert greater initiative and enthusiasm, and base physical exercise on self-consciousness, in order to achieve better exercise results.

Physical exercise can enhance our physical fitness and thus achieve the effect of health preservation, but the prerequisite is to carry out appropriate physical exercise. Do not exercise blindly, but exercise according to the principles introduced above. Only by doing this can you truly make your body healthier.
