Soy milk: Soak soybeans in water for a day, put them in a juicer, add twice the amount of water, blend for about 3 minutes, then put them in a hot pot, cook over low heat until warm, and then filter and take out. You can add a small amount of honey when eating, twice a day, 1 bowl each time. 2 Fruit and vegetable juice: Wash the green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits, put them into a juicer, blend them, filter and take the juice. You can add honey to the fruit and vegetable juice. Take twice a day, half a bowl each time. 3. Plum and ginger coarse tea: Put a dried plum in a tea bowl; then put in ground ginger sprouts, add a few drops of pure soy sauce, and then pour in the cooked coarse tea. Let it cool and then drink it; this is very effective in relieving fatigue.
