What are the benefits of exercise for the kidneys?

Nowadays, men often suffer from back pain, weakness in waist and knees due to too much work pressure, high mental tension, too frequent sex, etc. This is actually a manifestation of kidney deficiency. We should pay attention to regulating the kidneys properly and take some food or medicine in time to nourish and strengthen the kidneys. In addition to taking medicine and diet therapy, doing some exercise can also make your kidneys better.

1.

Tai Chi: Tai Chi is a slow exercise with the waist as the pivot, which is very suitable for middle-aged and elderly people with weak constitution. The kidneys are located in the waist. Regular waist movements can allow the blood and qi in the waist to circulate smoothly, thereby continuously nourishing the kidney qi. Most patients with kidney deficiency have weak waist, and practicing Tai Chi can improve this condition, thus playing the role of "tonifying the kidney".

It is best to practice Tai Chi in the early morning in a park with fresh air, under a tree, or by the water.

2. Self-massage of the waist: Rub your palms together until they are warm, then place them on your waist with your palms facing the skin, and massage your waist up and down until you feel warm. Once in the morning and once in the evening, about 200 times each time. These exercises can help

Mingmen, nourishes the kidney and absorbs qi.

3. Kidney-strengthening exercises: (1) Keep your feet parallel and shoulder-width apart. Visual end. Let your arms hang naturally, with your palms placed on your trouser seams and your fingers naturally spread. Lift your heels. Take 9 consecutive breaths without dropping to the ground.

(2) Inhale again, slowly bend your knees and squat down, gradually turning the backs of your hands forward with your palms facing your ankles. When your hands are close to the ground, squeeze them into a fist with a little force (as if grabbing something), and take a deep breath.

(3) Hold your breath, gradually stand up, and let your hands hang down, then gradually clench them.

(4) Exhale, stand upright, twist your arms outward with your fists facing forward, and squeeze your soft ribs with your elbows from both sides. At the same time, lift your body and heels upward, and tighten your anus, and breathe. The above procedure can be repeated multiple times.

If symptoms of kidney deficiency have already appeared, you should pay attention to rest more and eat more kidney-nourishing foods, such as walnuts, black sesame seeds, turtle, lamb, etc. On the basis of diet therapy, insisting on doing some of the above-mentioned exercises will make your kidneys better, but it should be noted that exercise needs to be gradual and cannot be achieved overnight.
