If you don't exercise regularly, your physical fitness will slowly decline. If you want to start exercising again and restore your physical fitness as soon as possible, you need to pay attention to the following points when exercising:

1. Be sure to do sufficient warm-up exercises before exercise to warm up your muscles. This can more effectively prevent and reduce muscle soreness after exercise.

2. You should arrange the amount and intensity of exercise reasonably, and arrange the rest time during exercise appropriately. Don't "try to show off" and exceed the load that your physical strength can bear.

3. Do not rest immediately after exercise. Be sure to do some activities to relax your muscles and fully stretch your muscles. This will help relieve tense muscles, reduce muscle soreness, and prevent muscle strain. For example, after exercise, we can gently pat the parts that feel tired, or do various muscle shaking movements, which will help relax the muscles and eliminate muscle fatigue. You can also sit or lie down and rest for 3 to 5 minutes, relaxing your muscles in sections from head to toe.

4. After exercise, you can take a bath with warm water, and massage the parts that have undergone more activity. If necessary, you can apply some active oil, pain relief, etc.

5. After exercise, you should drink an appropriate amount of sports drinks, which will accelerate muscle recovery.

If you want to do physical recovery training, when you first start exercising, don't be impatient and blindly increase the amount of exercise. This will often backfire and cause sports injuries. In addition, you must do a good warm-up before exercise, and do some muscle relaxation exercises after exercise, and remember to drink some sports drinks, so that your physical strength can recover as soon as possible.
