Supine twist: Lie on your back with your arms extended out to the sides in line with your shoulders. Inhale and lift your right leg up, grab your right foot or right knee with your left hand, lower your right leg to the left, and turn your head to the right. At this time, try to keep your left leg straight and forward, and the lower side of your shoulders completely on the ground. Hold for 5-10 breaths. The side change is complete. When doing yoga, in order to better complete each movement, it is recommended that you wear loose clothes and pants when practicing yoga. You can be barefoot.
