What is the difference between running in place and jogging?

Some people live in a good environment or very close to public running areas such as parks. Then jogging in the morning or evening while breathing fresh air is indeed a good choice. However, if you live in the city center or there are not many places to run around, going out for a run may not be a wise move. Some people choose to exercise at home and change from running to running in place. So what is the difference between running and running in place? Let’s take a look with the editor below.

Basically there is no difference, really. You can just run and jump around, as long as you keep your heart rate at 130/beats it's aerobic. Aerobic exercise just depends on how long you persist, generally 45 minutes to 1 hour, control the rhythm, you can put a movie on the computer and watch it while running to divert your attention. Also pay attention to your diet every day. When eating, it's best to put vegetables and meat in boiled water before eating to reduce greasiness. Eat less at night and don't eat anything after 9 o'clock. If you are really hungry, just go to bed and you will find that you don't feel hungry at all when you wake up in the morning. With exercise and a reasonable diet, you will definitely lose weight. Please remember that aerobic exercise is to maintain your heart rate. What others say is not as good as normal jogging or running on a treadmill is completely unscientific.

But some people say that running in place does not require as much exercise as normal running. Just like running on a treadmill is only half as effective as running normally. (Because of insufficient friction) Running in place at home is not as good as raising your legs high in place. But that is not aerobic exercise, it can lose weight but it will increase muscle.

The above is the editor’s introduction to everyone. In fact, as long as it is a form of exercise that suits you, any form of exercise is fine. If you have the conditions, choose a sport method that suits you. If you don’t have the conditions, that’s okay too, just create your own sport method. As long as it is good for your body, it is completely fine.
