Is exercise effective for weight loss?

In the past, people lost weight by taking diet pills or eating. In fact, both of these methods are incorrect, because long-term medication will have side effects on the body, and eating reduces our nutritional intake. So the most effective way to lose weight now is through exercise. So in our lives, what kinds of exercise can help us lose weight? Let’s take a look now!

1. Rowing machine

Try to make your movements smooth and continuous, counting 1-2-3 and 3-2-1 silently. Push your legs forward, swing your body upward, and extend your arms toward the base of your chest to spin the flywheel. Keep the resistance at medium range and do 4 to 6 sets of rowing movements. Each set lasts 10 minutes, with 2-3 minutes rest in between.

2. Treadmill

Keep your legs loose and your stride easy, try to keep your running time short but your intensity high, and mix up different speeds and inclines. Start with a 2% incline and after a few rounds, increase to 10%. The greater the intensity of the exercise, the faster the fat will be burned and the shorter the time will be.

3. Spinning bike

Adjust the seat so your heels are centered over the pedals. Keep your legs fully extended and push straight down to the lowest point of the pedal's rotation. Constantly change the intensity, ride at the fastest pace for 2 to 3 minutes, then rest for 3 minutes, and repeat this set of actions for 15 minutes. And stand up from time to time.

4. Stepper

Adjust the resistance appropriately and don't let the machine roll forward on its own. Once you're on the balance bar, lower your hands off the armrests and engage your core muscles to keep you steady. Do 1.5-minute sprints every few minutes, resting no more than twice in between. As your physical condition improves, reduce the time you rest.

5. Stair climbing machine

Place your hands lightly on the handrails for balance, keep your upper body straight, and lean forward slightly, as if you are preparing to climb a large step, but don't bend too much. Slowing down your pace and increasing resistance will increase your exercise intensity, speed up your heart rate, and burn more fat.

There are countless exercises in life that can help people lose weight, but the methods mentioned above by the editor can be performed by everyone in a regular gym. However, there is one thing the editor would like to remind everyone that no matter which exercise you choose to lose weight, you should stick to it. You cannot give up halfway or practice intermittently.
