In fact, our physical fitness is determined when we are born. Due to congenital deficiencies or acquired influences, it is easy for our bodies to develop various diseases. Traditionally, physical fitness generally refers to the strength, speed, endurance, agility, flexibility and other functions demonstrated by the human body during activities. Physical fitness is the external manifestation of a person's physical strength.

Physical fitness is often manifested potentially in people's life, study and work, and naturally also in physical exercise. Physical fitness is the comprehensive performance of the functions of various organ systems under the regulation of the central nervous system during exercise, labor and daily activities, such as strength, endurance, speed, agility, flexibility and other body abilities.
