Is it good to keep running every morning?

Morning exercise is an exercise lifestyle that many people have always adhered to. Many people feel refreshed and energetic in the morning, so they can engage in a lot of sports and exercises. Among them, most people choose running as their morning exercise. Running is a very familiar sport to everyone. Well, many people want to know whether it is good to run every morning. For this issue, we need to consider it from many aspects and conduct a comprehensive analysis.

Morning jogging refers to a form of exercise that involves running in the morning. The benefits of running every morning include strengthening your physical fitness, improving your immunity, and improving your mental state. When running in the morning, you should focus on jogging, and you should drink enough water and a small amount of food before running. It is not advisable to run in the morning on foggy days, or in places with poor air quality.

According to the American College of Sports Medicine, it is best to run every morning for fitness, preferably more than 3 times a week, each time for 30-60 minutes. The intensity of exercise should be controlled within the range of "pulse rate not exceeding 120 beats/minute after 5 minutes of running, and not exceeding 100 beats/minute after 10 minutes". If your heart rate is too fast, you must reduce the amount of exercise; if you can talk to others while exercising, it means that the exercise intensity is acceptable.

People who have no exercise habit can start with a 20-minute walk every day, 25 minutes in the second week, increase to 30 minutes in the third week, add some jogging in the fourth week, and combine walking and jogging in the fifth week; finally, start to run slowly. All sports require warm-up exercises, and running every morning is no exception. Jiao Wei introduced that lightly stretching the legs and doing squats before running can help the heart and muscles enter the exercise state faster. If you start by walking a few steps, then brisk walking, jogging, and finally running, you can also warm up effectively.

Many people will say that running every morning is a particularly good way to exercise. However, there are studies that show that some mornings are not suitable for exercising. The air quality is poor some mornings, which can easily lead to respiratory diseases. Of course, under good conditions, running in the morning can be of great help to your health.
