How to keep yourself active

There are many friends who want to exercise, but only a few can stick to it. If you want to improve your physical fitness through exercise, you must persist. Here are some tips on how to persist in exercise.

Find a sport that you are interested in: There are many ways to exercise, such as playing basketball, football, running, badminton, table tennis, etc. If we want to like sports, we must determine a sport that we are more interested in, and this needs to be determined through our own feelings.

Don’t set too high a bar for yourself in this sport:

Don't set requirements for yourself from the beginning on how long you must exercise every day, when you must start exercising, etc. Don't set too many or too strict requirements on yourself. Give yourself a period of adaptation. For example, we give ourselves some time to exercise today, and try to exercise a little longer tomorrow than today. In this way, slowly follow your own feelings and persist. Keep track of your progress and give yourself some rewards:

We should remember the exercise we insist on doing day by day, and we can choose to reward ourselves appropriately. For example, if we insist on exercising every day this week, we can reward ourselves by buying a beautiful dress this weekend, or buy ourselves something else and so on. At the same time, we should remember our own progress! It will serve as motivation for you to continue exercising in the future, and rewards will be an even better motivation for you to continue exercising in the future.

You can make some friends while exercising. Exercising together can encourage and supervise each other. When you have more friends who like sports together, not only can exercise make you healthy, but it can also expand your social circle and cultivate an interest or hobby. Why not do it? Take some time out of your busy work to actively exercise.
