How to exercise to lift your buttocks?

Every one of us women cares a lot about our figure. Having a good appearance can indeed greatly improve one's image points. A curvy figure is what every woman pursues. How to lift the buttocks has become the focus of many people's attention. So, how do you exercise to lift your buttocks?

Method 1: Half squat

Stand with your feet about one foot width apart. Place your hands on your thighs and slowly lower your hips as if you are sitting in a chair. Hold this position for about 10 seconds, then slowly return to the original position and repeat 5 times.

Method 2: Kneeling Leg Raise

Get on your forearms and knees. Stretch your calves backward along the ground, forming a 90-degree angle with your thighs, and pull your legs and hips in. Lift both legs and stretch them parallel to the ground. Then bend your knees, lift your feet and calves upward, straighten your legs and put them down, and return to the original position 15 times. Then switch legs. Healthy eating

Method 3: Leap with your back arched

Stand with your feet apart and your hands on the ground, forming a V shape (legs straight). Lift one leg, tighten your hips, bend the leg, and then straighten it, 10 times in a row. Then switch legs.

Reduce buttock fat

1. Lie prone, bend your hands to support your head, and stretch your toes.

2. Use your hips to push, exhale, and lift one foot as high as possible. Keep the foot straight and remain still for 1 second. Return to step 1 and lift your other foot in the same manner. Alternate left and right and do it 15 to 20 times in a row.

Note: Do not force yourself to twist your hips and lift your feet, as this may cause back pain and fail to achieve the desired exercise effect. Contract your abdominal muscles while lifting your legs.

To lift the buttocks we need to persist in exercise, it will not be achieved in one or two days. Therefore, in that case, I believe every girl who wants to lift her buttocks will have to work hard. Don’t think it’s troublesome. As long as we make slight changes in many details in life, we can make good use of them. Everyone should master some hip-lifting movements.
