2. Calm your mind

There were no children screaming, no babies crying, no people kicking balls, no sounds of cars, no noise of televisions. The time after waking up early in the morning is so peaceful and quiet. I like to go for a morning run at this time of the day. I look up at the sky while running and tell the world, "What a beautiful day!" Really, I really do that. A bit barbaric, I know.

4. Exercise in the morning

Of course, there are other times besides early morning to exercise, but I find that although exercising after work is also very enjoyable, you may cancel it because of other things, and morning exercises are generally not disturbed by other things (because you start exercising as soon as you get up, and other things haven't come to bother you at this time).
