What exactly is anaerobic exercise?

As we all know, there are two types of exercise: anaerobic exercise and aerobic exercise. Most of the exercise in life is aerobic exercise. So what exactly does anaerobic exercise refer to? The main difference between aerobic and anaerobic exercise is whether the muscles have oxygen during exercise. The intensity of anaerobic exercise is often higher than that of aerobic exercise. Next, let us introduce what anaerobic exercise actually involves.

Anaerobic exercise refers to the high-speed and intense movement of muscles in a state of "oxygen deprivation". Most anaerobic exercises are high-intensity and instantaneous, so they are difficult to sustain for a long time and fatigue is eliminated slowly. The biggest feature of anaerobic exercise is that the oxygen intake during exercise is very low. Due to the excessive speed and explosive power, the sugar in the human body does not have time to be decomposed by oxygen and has to rely on "anaerobic energy supply". This type of exercise will produce too much lactic acid in the body, leading to unsustainable muscle fatigue, muscle soreness and shortness of breath after exercise. Common anaerobic sports include: running, weightlifting, throwing, high jump, long jump, tug of war, muscle strength training, etc.

Swimming can enhance endurance, which can directly exercise the parts of the body that are used more frequently in sexual life, such as the arms, legs, waist and abdomen, and can also enhance people's endurance. In addition, treading water can make your buttocks plump and round.

“Cat Stretch” relaxes the shoulders and neck. The “Cat Stretch” in yoga is like a kitten stretching its limbs. First, the man should kneel on his knees, sit on his heels, stretch his arms forward with his palms touching the ground, and keep his hips as still as possible. Hold for 15 seconds, then slowly relax and restore your upper body to an upright position.

Horse riding can also improve men's reaction ability and coordination, and exercise the whole body, especially the leg muscles, making them strong and powerful.

Whether it is anaerobic exercise or aerobic exercise, as long as you exercise actively and in a planned manner, it will be good for your body. Moreover, many sports start with anaerobic exercise and then slowly do aerobic exercise, so that the body's muscles can be well exercised. It is recommended to check your exercise body.
