4. At the moment before your back foot touches the ground, your front foot touches the ground first, followed by your back foot landing and quickly returning to the combat posture.

5. Flash step: Start from the combat posture, move the front foot (left foot) to the outside of the body (left side) about 25 to 35 cm. When the front foot lands lightly, the right leg provides thrust. At the moment the front foot touches the ground, the front shoulder (left shoulder) turns to the inside of the body (right side), the center of gravity of the body moves forward, and the back foot moves quickly to resume the combat posture.

6. Circle step: Starting from the actual combat posture, the back foot moves about 25 to 35 cm to the inside (right side) of the body, then the front foot moves quickly and returns to the actual combat posture.

7. Forward slide: Based on the actual combat posture, the front foot moves forward, and the back foot immediately moves forward, almost stepping forward to the original front foot position. When the back foot is about to touch the front foot, the front foot moves forward quickly and quickly returns to the actual combat posture.

8. Back slide: The front foot quickly retreats. When the front foot is about to touch the back foot, the back foot quickly retreats to quickly return to the actual combat posture.
