What are the upper chest muscle exercises?

Wanting to build chest muscles is the dream of every male bodybuilder. However, due to the lack of suitable training methods, strong pectoral muscles have not been formed through effective exercise. In fact, training chest muscles is not complicated, and the training method is also very simple. Even so, some friends either choose the wrong equipment or fail to perform the movements properly during exercise. Here is a brief introduction to some exercises for the upper chest muscles.

Bend sideways with one hand raised, right hand on hip, left hand extended upward. Bend to the right side as far as you can, holding this position and doing "pulsing" slight side bends for one minute, then returning to an upright position. Switch the position of your hands and repeat the bend on the other side. These small movements put the serratus anterior and external obliques under constant tension. It's a lot tougher than it sounds, and if you want to make this move more manly, try doing it with a 10-pound dumbbell in your overhead hand.

In fact, doing it with dumbbells will work the entire midsection of the body, not only the serratus anterior and external obliques, but also the transverse rectus abdominis and erector spinae. Remember, these small muscle groups are responsible for stabilizing the torso during most powerlifting movements, especially the squat. Do 10 one-minute "sets" on each side, then switch sides.

To do a dip, use standard parallel bars and lower your body like a standard dip, but as you come up, twist your body to one side. This rotation puts heavy pressure on the serratus anterior muscle. You can also try doing it the opposite way, twisting at the waist as you descend and going straight up.

I believe that after reading the above introduction, friends have discovered that the training of the upper chest muscles is far less complicated than imagined. A simple dumbbell can make the upper chest muscles become developed and strong. If you want to have perfect pectoral muscles, daily exercise must be effectively guaranteed, and the necessary rest in between exercises can allow the pectoral muscles to have enough time to grow.
