How to slim down your calf muscles

If large muscles grow on the calves, it will look very uncoordinated. Downward Dog, a classic yoga pose, works both your upper and lower body and stretches your ligaments. Support yourself with your hands and feet, and lift your body into an inverted "V" shape. Make sure your hands are shoulder-width apart with your fingers spread out. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, heels pointed back, and toes, heels, and hips aligned. Relax your head, maintain this position, and take 5 deep breaths.

One-legged Downward Dog Pose, this variation of the one-legged Downward Dog Pose bends the raised leg, which can improve hip flexibility and stretch the spine and tendons. Start in Downward Dog with your feet together and your thumbs pressed together. Keeping your left heel on the floor, lift your right leg into Single-Legged Downward Dog and bend your knee. Try to bring the heel of your right leg toward your buttocks and stretch your knee upward as far as possible. Lift your head and look to the left, extending and flexing your spine. Bring your right heel as close to your head as possible. Hold this position for 5 deep breaths, then relax.

Running is a very common way of fitness, needless to say. However, not everyone is good at yoga, especially some beginners. They often do not perform yoga movements properly or even do them randomly.
