How to exercise in the office

How to exercise in the office

In recent years, with the continuous development of information technology, people's workload has not been reduced, but has increased. Therefore, more and more office workers do not have time to go to the gym to work out. If you don’t exercise, your body will feel uncomfortable; if you exercise, you don’t have enough time to do it. So, how do you keep fit in the office? Below I will talk in detail about how to keep fit in the office. I hope it will be helpful to you.

1. Reverse abdominal breathing.

You can stand or sit. Inhale slowly through your nose, while retracting your abdomen, lifting your chest, and moving your diaphragm downward. After your lungs are filled with air, exhale slowly. As you exhale, your abdomen will slowly bulge and gradually return to its original state. Each breath takes about 7-9 seconds, and each practice should last 5-8 minutes.

2. Raise your arms and stretch.

Stand with your legs naturally open, stretch your arms up and back, straighten your chest and bend your waist, take a deep breath to stretch the muscles of your shoulders, back and waist, hold the static state for 3-5 seconds, then slowly straighten your upper body and exhale. When you feel tired, get up from your chair and stretch a few times, you will immediately feel relaxed and stretched.

3. Use your desk as an exercise facility.

Support your body on the edge of the table with your hands, keep your legs together and straight, and form an oblique angle between your whole body and the table (control the inclination angle between your body and the table according to your own strength); then, bend your elbows to lower your body, put the weight of your whole body on your arms, and then use the strength of your arms to support your body, and do this for 15-20 times in a row.

4. Push the wall.

Stand 40-50 cm away from the wall with your legs shoulder-width apart, lean forward, bend your elbows and place your hands on the wall, then push the wall with both hands to straighten your body and return to the original position. Do this 15-20 times.

To sum up, everyone should have a certain understanding of how to exercise in the office. In fact, fitness does not necessarily have to be done in the gym, it can also be done in the office. In the office, everyone can do some simple aerobics to stretch their muscles and bones, which can also achieve the effect of fitness. At the same time, women with children do not have to worry about not being able to find time to exercise, because they can work and exercise at the same time in the office.
