⑤ Place your left hand on your left ear and gently tilt your head to the right. Maintain this movement, breathing alternately through the nostrils for 3-4 deep breaths, and repeat on the other side.

③ Continue to inhale through the right nostril, release the ring finger, press the right nostril lightly with the thumb again, and exhale through the left nostril. Repeat this 6-10 times.
