Fatty liver is a disease that many patients have now, especially now that living standards have improved, people don’t pay much attention to their diet, often eat some very greasy food and some junk food, eating too much can easily lead to obesity, fatty liver is one of the diseases, in fact, the phenomenon of fatty liver can be alleviated by doing some exercise, so what kind of exercise should be done!

The exercise programs for patients with mild fatty liver mainly focus on whole-body low-intensity dynamic exercise and moderate-intensity aerobic exercise aimed at exercising the whole body's strength and endurance, including moderate-speed walking (about 120 steps per minute), jogging, cycling, swimming, going up and down stairs, climbing hills, doing radio gymnastics, dancing, playing badminton, kicking shuttlecock, playing football, skipping rope, etc.

This type of exercise is more effective in reducing fat and weight, and promoting the disappearance of intrahepatic fat in people with mild fatty liver. It can excite the sympathetic nerves, reduce plasma insulin, increase the secretion of catecholamines, glucagon and growth hormone, inhibit the synthesis of triglycerides, and promote fat decomposition.

⑥Boxing skills: left and right lower hooks twice, left and right sun-shaped punches four times, left and right upper hooks.

⑦ Elbow strike: strike the back of the head with the tip of the elbow, left and right, (command) one, two. Strike the back of the waist with the tip of the elbow, left and right, three, four. Strike with the tip of your elbows on both sides, left and right, five or six times.

Most patients with fatty liver are more or less obese, so it is very necessary to lose weight in time. In addition, you should also pay attention to your daily diet. Try to eat less greasy food, high-fat and high-protein food, and eat more vegetables and fruits to be good for your body.
