1 Wear enough clothing - preferably a hat. Because half of the body's heat is dissipated from the head. In addition, the mountain guide once said that if you don’t wear all the clothes you carry when you sleep, it means you bring too many clothes.

2. Eat well - Food is fuel. Don't go to bed on an empty stomach, it's best to eat some high-calorie food. At the same time, sufficient water is very important for the body's metabolic function. When you feel tired, wake up from thirst during sleep, or when you want to drink water, you should drink more water. You should urinate about four to five times a day, and it is best if the urine is transparent. If it is yellow, it means that the body is already dehydrated.

3. Stay away from adverse conditions - A tent placed in a comfortable location can increase the temperature by about 30 degrees.

Do not choose to camp at the bottom of a stream, as that is where cold air gathers, and do not camp on a mountain ridge. Choose a leeward side or forest, or use a sleeping bag, or use or dig a snow cave.

4. Complete Waterproofing – Any wet sleeping pad will be unbearable and uncomfortable. If you don't have a waterproof sleeping bag cover, a large garbage bag can be used instead. Keep the outer tent or the corners of the inner tent away from the sleeping bag. In bad weather, water droplets will gather in the inner tent, so the windows of the tent should be slightly open to allow ventilation. When the rain stops and the sky clears, you can take out the sleeping bag and dry it in the sun. If it is snowing, you can spread it directly in the tent.

5. The fluffiness of the sleeping bag - a sleeping bag does not warm or heat itself, it simply slows down or reduces the release of body heat (the best way is for the body to store more heat energy). A new sleeping bag will be less lofty and not warm enough when you first use it because it has been squeezed in the sleeping bag cover for too long. It is best to spread out the sleeping bag after setting up the tent to make it fluffy. The longer the sleeping pad, the better. It is quite fluffy and comfortable.

6. Warm up - When you arrive at the campsite, don't get into your sleeping bag right away. Eat a good dinner and have enough hot drinks, take a walk in the moonlight, and sleep comfortably after warming up your body without sweating.
