For example, when sweeping the floor, do not use a vacuum cleaner, but use a rag and a broom, and consciously increase your exercise; choose to wash and iron clothes when the temperature is high at noon, which will cause you to sweat a lot; when you are hungry, make yourself a delicious slimming lunch, and you can control your food intake.

Apply salt to your stomach: Before taking a bath, take a cup of coarse salt and add a little hot water to make a paste, then apply it on your abdomen. After 10 minutes, rinse the coarse salt with hot water, or you can massage it and then rinse it off, and then you can start taking a bath. Alternatively, after taking a shower, sprinkle a tablespoon of coarse salt on the palm of your hand and massage your abdomen directly. Be careful not to rub too hard, as this will make the skin rougher.

Water and beverages should be reasonable: try to drink a glass of warm water before breakfast, which can unclog the intestines, dilute blood viscosity, lower blood pressure, and control food intake. It is recommended not to drink beer or other beverages containing carbon dioxide, do not eat too much at each meal, and do not drink water immediately after dinner.

Change your eating habits: Don’t sit down or lie down immediately after eating. It’s best to stay standing. You can choose to take a walk or organize some things. In addition to reducing fat accumulation, this can also aid digestion. Because if you remain motionless within 30 minutes after a meal, abdominal fat is most likely to form.
