After five breaths, slowly turn your head to the right, push your hands to your left shoulder, and perform the movement in the opposite direction. After the same five breaths, return your hands to the center and slowly put them down, exhale and relax.

Turn your left hand upward with the palm against your back, and turn your right hand backward and clasp your hands behind your back. Stretch out and inhale, straighten your back, and open your chest as far as possible. Exhale to extend your neck backward, stretching the neck line. Close your eyes and maintain steady breathing, feeling your neck completely upward and extended. After five breaths, stretch out and inhale, exhale to return your head to the center, release your hands and move your shoulders, then start the movement in the opposite direction.

Hold your neck with both hands, look forward, maintain steady breathing, use the strength of both hands to slightly push your neck, lean your head toward your left shoulder, try to find your left shoulder with your ear, and feel the extension of the right side of your neck.
