How to do vein exercises

Veins are an important part of our body. If we don't protect our veins well, it will cause great harm to our body. When protecting veins, we can choose to do vein health exercises. This health care method is quite good. If we choose the venous plexus to do vein health care, it will not harm the body. Therefore, many people will use this vein health exercise method to protect their bodies. So what are the practices of vein health exercises?

1. Leg exercise: Lie on your back with a small pillow under your head, and stretch your legs straight on both sides of your body. First lift your right leg, keep it in the air for a few seconds and then put it down, then repeat the above action with your left leg, alternating 4-6 times.

2. Leg lifting exercise: same posture as above. Put your legs together, lift them one by one to a 45-degree angle, and do each 4-5 times.

3. Split-leg exercise: same posture as above. Stretch your legs straight, and while inhaling slowly, spread your legs as far to the sides as possible, then exhale and bring your legs together. Repeat 4-6 times; bend your legs, spread your knees as far to the sides as possible, then bring them together, straighten your legs, and return to the original preparatory position. Repeat this 6-8 times.

4. Flexion and extension exercise: Lie on your back, put a small pillow under your head, straighten your legs, and place your palms facing up under your head. Lift and lower both knees slightly in turn to do flexion and extension exercises, 6 to 8 times for each leg.

5. Swinging leg exercise: the posture is the same as above. Stretch your legs straight, lift them up one by one, and then swing them left and right; lift your legs and swing them back and forth, imitating the movement of riding a bicycle, and do each 4-5 times.

6. Side-split leg exercise: same posture as above. Straighten your legs, and then spread them to the sides as far as possible without lifting them. Repeat 4 to 6 times.

7. Side kicking exercise: first lie on your left side, straighten your right leg, kick your leg forward with force, then swing it backward with force, bend your body, and repeat this 6-8 times; then turn your body to lie on your right side and repeat the above movements with your left leg.

If you want to do venous exercises for yourself, then these exercises are the most reasonable and best methods. You can choose them, but you must be careful when choosing. Above we introduced venous exercises for the lower limbs. If you want to take care of your upper limbs, you can also choose this method and do the same movements for your upper limbs, which will have the same effect.
