Kidney-tonifying yoga exercises for women

There are three main breathing methods in yoga: abdominal breathing, chest breathing and complete breathing. Generally, the process of practicing yoga emphasizes abdominal breathing: inhale, relax your lower abdomen, and feel the inhaled oxygen reaching your dantian, then exhale, exhale all of it, and stick your abdomen to your spine. Both inhale and exhale as slowly as possible, about 5 seconds, and the exhale should be deeper and longer than the inhale. Make your breathing continuous and don't hold your breath. Because abdominal breathing is the exact opposite of our normal breathing. If you are a beginner yoga practitioner, you may find it difficult to coordinate your breathing when doing more difficult movements. If it is a difficult movement, the breathing requirements when doing it are not as high as breathing exercises. Just choose a breathing method that is comfortable for you. Generally speaking, it is easier to do abdominal breathing while pausing in a movement.

If renal failure is not treated in time, it may have a great impact on the normal conception of our female friends and may cause infertility problems for our female friends.
