(3) Diet therapy (suitable for hot summer days) ① Use 60g mung beans, 80g white rice and 20g white sugar to make porridge. ② 60g watermelon rind (remove the green skin and pulp), cut into slices and boil in water, drink as tea. ③10g green tea, 15g mung bean skins, brew tea.
