If muscle strength decreases significantly after exercise and cannot recover in time, it can be regarded as fatigue. During the test, the exercise muscle strength should be tested in a targeted manner according to different forms of exercise. ② Muscle hardness: When muscles are fatigued, their contraction function decreases and their relaxation ability also decreases. When muscles are fatigued, they cannot fully relax and their hardness increases. ③ Electromyography: Electromyography is the change in electric potential generated when muscles are excited, and can also reflect the degree of muscle excitement and contraction. The changes in electromyography during exercise can determine the functional state of the nervous system and skeletal muscles. Electromyography can also reflect whether muscles are fatigued. (3) Fatigue is not a bad signal. Some acute fatigue symptoms such as sweating, weakness in the waist and knees, and muscle pain are not considered excessive exercise if they can be recovered during the next exercise. On the contrary, it is called excessive exercise. People should choose a variety of sports. Don't limit yourself to one or two sports you like, expand your sports repertoire and cultivate a diverse interest in sports.
