For example, you are running a long distance today. When you reach 400 meters, you feel exhausted. At this time, deepen your breathing and don't panic. Good breathing will make people very comfortable during long-distance running. Increase your stride and insist on running another 100 meters. Finally, sprint another 30 meters and then rest. Don't stop during the rest. Walk for a while, take a deep breath and relax for ten minutes, and then do another set. After training for a while, if you feel you can complete the exercises more easily than before, you need to increase the amount. However, don't increase the amount too much, otherwise the excessive load will affect your physical and mental functions and affect your subsequent training.

This is just an endurance training method, which is relatively simple and you can benefit from it in a month or two. If you want to exercise the quality of every part of your body, you will need stronger willpower.

There is a way to exercise.

Jog one to fifteen kilometers. If the weather is cold, you need to run longer to warm up your body and then move the body's major joints. Don't underestimate the warm-up, it is very important. It can help you better master technical movements and prevent injuries during sports.

Then relax and run quickly for 30 to 50 meters, run three sets. Mobilize the passion for sports. Adjust it and get started.

By adopting these methods to exercise, improving your physical fitness is just around the corner, so there is nothing that cannot be done. It just depends on whether you can stick to it. If you can stick to these exercise methods, then the effect will be the best.
