5. Those sports are not suitable for menstruation

During menstruation, you should be aware that the following types of exercises should not be performed, such as: handstands, jumping, and strenuous anaerobic exercise, because some of these exercises are not conducive to the discharge of menstrual blood, while some may cause an increase in the amount of menstrual blood, which is not good for menstrual health.
