However, beginners should start with the tangible postures, and after learning for a long time and becoming familiar with the power, they must understand the truth, seek the true source, and integrate it before they can enter the realm of deification. The purpose of Sanfeng Tai Chi is true, the movement and stillness are all based on the root, the wind, rain, thunder and lightning are magical, and the Kung Fu of Hunyuan unity is true.

When there is a problem with our knee joints, we cannot do strenuous exercise, otherwise it will make our knee joint disease more serious. We can only do some gentle exercises. For example, Tai Chi is particularly suitable for the elderly to exercise, and the exercise intensity of Tai Chi is not as high as everyone imagines. As long as you practice it proficiently, you can use it frequently for exercise.
