You can generally use equipment to exercise your forearm muscles: use dumbbells or barbells to do some exercises such as: curls, dumbbell wrist curls, barbell wrist curls behind the back, barbell wrist curls, rope wrist curls, etc. At the same time, dumbbell exercise is a very effective method: you can do some: standing curls, concentration curls, incline curls, Scott curls-standing concentration curls, triceps high extensions, triceps rear extensions, lying arm extensions, hammer curls and other movements.

So how can you exercise your forearm muscles with bare hands? Let me introduce to you:

1. You can grab a fixed object with both hands and hang your whole body in the air. The longer you hold on, the more muscles in your forearms will be exercised.

2. You can do pull-ups to exercise your forearm muscles, but only do half of the pull-ups, without pulling up your whole body.

3. You can do push-ups with your fingers and fists to exercise your forearm muscles. There is no difference between finger and fist push-ups and regular push-ups, so just do them normally.
