How to do dumbbell exercises in the office

For many female friends, losing weight every day has become a very important part. In our lives, not only family and career are important, but in order to maintain their figure, women are willing to spend a lot of money to lose weight. The most effective way to lose weight is through exercise. Exercise is the root of weight loss. Dumbbell exercise is a simple exercise. So today we will learn about the practice of dumbbell exercise in the office.

Arm slimming exercise: Bye-bye fat always appears on your body when you are not paying attention. These ugly fats make you look fatter. Even if other parts of your body are slim, you will always give people a strong and majestic feeling because of your arms, which is very bad. You can’t wear clothes or skirts that expose your arms, which will feel very strange. So how can you quickly get rid of bye-bye fat and say goodbye to thick arms?

Below I will teach you a set of dumbbell exercises to slim down your arms, which can easily and quickly get rid of that annoying fat.

1. Grab the tail end of the dumbbell with your hands, let the dumbbell stand upright on the ground, stand on the ground with your feet together, bend your left hand in front of your chest, straighten your back, look straight ahead, inhale and bend your knees slightly, then stretch your left hand upward, lift the dumbbell above your head, keep breathing naturally, then switch to the other side and repeat the previous action.

2. Grasp the middle of the dumbbells with both hands, place them vertically on both sides of the body, with your hands slightly forward. Take a big step forward with your right foot, then stand on tiptoe with your left foot, move your center of gravity forward, keep your waist and back in the same straight line, lean forward slightly, and look forward.

Inhale and bend your knees, try to keep both knees at 90 degrees, then bend your waist, put your hands perpendicular to the ground, keep your back flat, look at the ground in front of you, tighten your body muscles, keep breathing naturally, and persist in this movement for 10 to 20 breaths.

In fact, fat is not caused by inactivity due to the food we eat. It is caused by sitting for a long time after eating or after a meal, which makes the fat not metabolized normally and leads to poor physical fitness. You can do more office dumbbell exercises to promote fat metabolism and gastrointestinal metabolism, which is good for your health.
