How to train lower abdominal muscles

How to train beautiful abdominal muscles is something that many people dream about every day, especially men. For men, muscles make them more energetic and vigorous. Muscular men also look more mature and strong, and are the best choice for women. The training of lower abdominal muscles is also more complicated and troublesome. If you want to train your abdominal muscles, you must pay a lot of price. So how to train your lower abdominal muscles?

Many people do hundreds or even thousands of sit-ups every day hoping to develop beautiful abdominal muscles, but this is actually a waste of time. I believe that the abdomen is no different from other parts of the body, and the training of the abdominal muscles should be the same as other parts of the body, divided into 4-5 groups, 20-25 times in each group, until complete exhaustion (if you can do more, it means the intensity is not enough).

I prefer to do each rep slowly and hold the muscle tension for a few seconds at full contraction. The most effective abdominal muscle exercises include sit-ups and hanging leg raises. The abdominal muscle trainers that can be found everywhere in the gym today are also very effective.

I usually choose to do abdominal muscle training on days when I don't do aerobic training, and schedule it at the end of my weight training.

When it comes to weight training, I want to emphasize that when training other parts of the body, you must use heavy weights. Many people find that if they lift heavy enough, they can get away with not working their abs at all, because heavy lifting forces the abs to assist the muscle group being trained. No matter which part you train, you should always include at least one compound movement using a barbell, dumbbells, or (not combination equipment) for heavy training. Good examples include upright barbell or dumbbell curls for biceps, upright pullups for triceps, upright barbell presses for shoulders, squats for legs, deadlifts and bent-over rows for back. Even when training your chest, your pectoral muscles must be tense in order to stabilize your torso.

When you want to train your abdominal muscles, you can try the methods we introduced above first. This will help you train beautiful abdominal muscles. When training beautiful abdominal muscles, you must do reasonable things. In short, you must not hurt your abdominal muscles. Some people will have abdominal muscle soreness because of improper exercise. Don't worry if this happens. Proper massage can improve it.
