So in the first three months of the six months when I skipped rope 1,000 times, my calves were 2 cm thicker than before I skipped rope. Later, I was not satisfied with the progress, so I decided to practice 3,000 times a day. I don’t know if this was enough exercise, but my whole body started to lose weight, especially my calves, which became 2 cm thinner than before I started skipping rope in just one month. From then on, I really strengthened my confidence in jumping rope to lose weight, and I jumped rope diligently for a year. At that time, the changes in the dimensions of various parts of the body were as follows: upper bust 89 - unchanged, lower bust 70 - reduced by 3CM, waist 60 - reduced by 2CM, hip 89 - unchanged (I don't pursue making it smaller, it will be inharmonious with the bust), thigh 49 - reduced by 5CM (I still have to work hard, at least to 45), calf 32 - reduced by 3CM (if I reduce one more cm, it will be equal to the neck circumference, which is the ideal calf size, haha), and my weight really didn't decrease much, it has been around 45-47KG. From January to September 2007, I didn't do any exercise. I was lazy in bed reading books and using the computer every day. I also ate a lot, including frequent midnight snacks (as if I wanted to get revenge for controlling my appetite in 2006. In fact, I didn't control my diet very strictly. I have low blood pressure and can't diet too much. I just gave up midnight snacks and controlled my dinner and didn't eat staple foods. I have never liked snacks since I was a child).
