(1) Preparation Before warming up, do some stretching exercises and jogging and other preparatory exercises with less exercise load. (3) Organizing activities. This activity is a cool-down after the above exercise. It includes both mental and physical relaxation. So as to achieve the purpose of strengthening the body.

If you warm up according to the above activity sequence and steps for a long time, you will get twice the result with half the effort in learning Tai Chi. If you can make warm-up exercises a habit that you cannot change, you will be in good athletic condition and stay away from injuries.
