7. Athletes' drinks can help build muscle. Ordinary drinking water already contains the nutrients your body needs. Those who exercise more than 90 minutes a day can drink water containing salt and minerals, but this water does not promote muscle growth.

Moreover, many male friends have quite a lot of misunderstandings when doing exercise and fitness. Some people think that they must sweat after fitness to achieve the effect of fitness. In fact, whether or not you sweat has no direct relationship with whether you have achieved the fitness effect. Therefore, you cannot use sweating to judge whether your exercise is effective.
