Nowadays, aerobics is a very popular form of exercise, especially among female friends. They like to use this method to achieve the effect of slimming their legs. Shoulder stretching exercise:

Sit on a chair, cross your fingers and place them two centimeters in front of your chest, making sure your back is straight.

Then straighten your arms and push them forward so that your shoulders are at the same height as your arms. Be careful not to separate your hands and avoid losing your balance.

Head Movement:

A: Sit on a chair, raise your left hand, go over your head, gently press it on the right side of your head, and pull it to the left. Maintain the whole movement for eight seconds. After 10 times, you can switch to the other hand to practice.

B: Sit on a chair, put your hands on your hips, and slowly turn your head clockwise. Each turn should last about 4-5 seconds. After 10 times, you can turn your head counterclockwise to continue practicing.

Practicing this movement every day can effectively and slowly lengthen the neck muscles and prevent neck muscle strain. For people who work at a computer desk for a long time, it can effectively prevent muscle hardening and avoid periarthritis of the shoulder.

Hip and thigh stretch:

Sit on a chair, cross one leg over the other, put your hands down vertically, and make sure to keep your waist straight and not lose your balance.

Then clasp your fingers together, open your palms, stretch your arms straight, and raise your shoulders to the same height as your hands. Bend down and hold this position for 8 seconds. This movement can train the thigh muscles. After 10 times, you can switch to the other foot and continue practicing.

If many people want to lose weight in their legs, they must do leg exercises. In fact, if you want to lose weight in your legs, you not only need to do leg exercises, but also head and even shoulder exercises are essential. Only in this way can you make your figure better, avoid having a lot of fat on your legs, and make your leg muscles tighter.
