If you practice at home, you can lift a heavy object instead of dumbbells and practice with your left and right hands alternately. I often use that 4L pure water plastic bottle filled with water instead at home.

2. Biceps------Barbell and dumbbell curls. Be careful not to shake your body and use your biceps to exert force throughout the process.

At home, I also use a bottle of water instead of dumbbells. If a bottle of water is too light, I will find something else.

3. Gluteus maximus and thigh muscle groups-----Barbell squat, this is the king of strength training. When doing this, keep your head up, chest out, and butt lifted up. This movement will make your butt become round and upturned from the tablet.

If you do it at home, you don’t need any auxiliary equipment. You can do it while brushing your teeth. Do 2 to 3 sets, 20 each time. It would be better to change to lunges. The effect is great.

Although we have always advocated fitness exercises for weight loss, we must also pay attention to the correct methods.
