Want that thing to grow longer? Try these six yoga poses

In fact, most people want to be taller, but is it possible? Maybe it is impossible in the eyes of many people, but now our chance has come. As long as you do the following six sets of yoga, you can realize your dream.

Action 1:

Camel pose: Kneel on your knees, legs slightly apart, and hands on your hips. Inhale and slowly bend your spine backward, contracting your buttocks muscles. As you exhale, place your palms on the soles of your feet and relax your neck back.

Action 2:

Plow Pose: Lie on your back with your arms at your sides. Inhale and lift your legs up over your body, exhale and bring your legs back over your head. Toes touch the ground.

Action 5:

Spinal Twist: If it is not difficult, you can clasp your hands directly behind your back.

Rotating Spinal Twist: If it is not difficult, you can clasp your hands directly behind your back.

Action six:

Triangle Stretch Triangle Stretch: Exhale and slowly bend to the left, placing your left hand on the ground next to your left foot.
