1 First of all, don’t drink water to quench your thirst immediately after exercise, because this will reduce the bactericidal effect of gastric juice, dilute the gastric juice and affect the digestion and absorption function of the stomach and intestines. If you drink water too quickly, your blood volume will increase too quickly, increasing the burden on the heart and causing metabolic disorders of electrolytes such as potassium and sodium in the body. 4. You should not take a bath immediately after exercise, because the blood vessels on the skin surface will dilate, the pores will enlarge, and sweating will increase. 5. After exercise, do not sit or squat immediately. Many people feel very tired after exercise, so they lie on the ground or squat there.
