How to increase height through exercise

How to increase height through exercise

Growing taller is the dream of many people. Due to congenital developmental deficiencies, their height is not satisfactory, so they try many methods to increase their height. Basketball is the most effective sport for increasing height, but it requires long-term exercise. Moreover, basketball is too intense and easy to get hurt, which will affect height growth. Therefore, many people are looking for suitable exercise methods to increase height. Let me introduce some of them below.

Stretching the waist and back: Sit on a mat (bed), stretch your legs forward, put your feet together, tighten your abdomen and chest, bend your torso forward as much as possible, raise your head, stretch your neck, and stretch your arms forward at the same time, preferably touching your feet. Do 8 to 12 times per set, 3 to 4 sets are appropriate. When doing it, pay attention to starting from slow to fast, and the range of motion from small to large, and follow the steps to prevent ligament sprain.

Hanging: On a horizontal bar or a homemade hanging bar, practice once every morning when you wake up and once before going to bed at night. Method: Hold the bar with both hands, lift your feet off the ground, relax your whole body, and gently shake your waist, hips, and legs; after hanging for 2-3 minutes, rest for 2 minutes and do it again. After 10-15 times, do 5 more weighted hangings - tie 5 kg weights around your ankles. Rest for 2 minutes after each repetition. This method is considered very effective by many people who have perseverance and sufficient time!

Stretching before bed: Currently, it is the most recognized physical method of increasing height. Before going to bed every night, do stretching exercises for your legs, fully relax your legs, stretch in bed, or rest immediately after doing hanging exercises. Try not to put pressure on your legs and torso! If you persist for a long time, you will have a very good height-increasing effect!

Static stretching: gradually increase the stretching force, and once you feel the pulling force, stay in that position for 10-15 seconds, no more than 30 seconds. In this way, the muscles will slowly stretch while relaxing and will not automatically contract.

If you stick to the above exercises every day, over time, your height will change in ways that you wouldn't expect. If you want to grow taller, you might as well follow the steps above and start exercising. As long as you have time to exercise, growing taller is no longer a dream. In addition to exercise, you also need to improve your diet. The combination of the two is effective.
