The word "Yoga" (English: Yoga, Hindi) comes from the Indian Sanskrit "yug" or "yuj", which means "consistency", "combination" or "harmony". Yoga originated in ancient India and is one of the six major philosophical schools in ancient India. It explores the principles and methods of "the unity of Brahman and Atman". What modern people call yoga is mainly a series of methods of self-cultivation and mind-nourishing. Around 300 BC, the great Indian sage Patanjali (English: Patanjali, Hindi), the founder of yoga, created the "Yoga Sutras". Indian yoga was truly formed on its basis, and the yoga practice was formally established as a complete eight-limb system. Yoga is a system that helps humans to fully realize their potential by raising consciousness. Yoga postures use ancient and easy-to-master techniques to improve people's physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual abilities. It is a way of exercise that achieves harmony between body, mind and spirit.

If you are still a beginner, then don’t worry, because as long as you have the perseverance to practice yoga well, you will be able to master it in a short time. But you should pay attention to that you should still practice appropriately. Excessive practice is not a good thing.
