Action 7: Raise your left hand and turn your waist sharply to the right. From position 1, move directly to raising your left hand upwards, placing your right hand behind your hips, moving your waist to the right and rearward, and then maintain motion.

Action 8: Open your legs, straighten your back, and bend your body to the right. Open your legs wide and keep your back straight. Raise your left hand upwards, place your right hand below the elbow on the ground behind your right foot, and bend your body to the right.
