3. Increase the amount of water you drink to help improve metabolism.

Drink at least 3% of your body weight a day. Those who exercise vigorously can drink 4% to 5% without feeling any discomfort (vigorous exercise causes sweating). The daily water intake is 4L. There are many benefits to doing this, including improving your appetite, preventing you from getting irritated, making going to the toilet easier, and not feeling as tired after exercise (recovery is faster).

4. Take photos after daily training and weigh yourself every week.

There is no need to weigh yourself every day. Fitness is a long-term hobby and short-term effects are often not obvious. Looking at stagnant numbers every day can undermine one's confidence. The most important thing is to stay healthy and have a good life through long-term persistence.

5. Suggestion: Don’t give yourself a specific deadline.

A clear goal is different from a rigid number. Having to lose 25kg by a certain time may make you feel stressed and even cause you to avoid the task.
